WATCHFULNESS, noun
1. Vigilance; heedfulness; heed; suspicious attention; careful and diligent observation for the purpose of preventing or escaping danger, or of avoiding mistakes and misconduct.
2. Wakefulness; indisposition or inability to sleep.
WATCHFULNESS-often precedes too great sleepiness.
