Ezr 4:12  Be itH1934 known unto the king, that the Jews which came up from thee to us are come unto Jerusalem, building the rebellious and the bad city, and have set up the walls thereof, and joined the foundations. ^{▼ ▼}

Ezr 4:13  Be it knownH1934 now unto the king, that, if this city be builded, and the walls set up again, then will they not pay toll, tribute, and custom, and so thou shalt endamage the revenue of the kings. ^{▼ ▼}

Ezr 4:20  There have beenH1934 mighty kings also over Jerusalem, which have ruled over all countries beyond the river; and toll, tribute, and custom, was paid unto them.

Ezr 4:22  Take heedH1934 now that ye fail not to do this: why should damage grow to the hurt of the kings?

Ezr 4:24  Then ceased the work of the house of God which is at Jerusalem. So it ceasedH1934 unto the second year of the reign of Darius king of Persia.

Ezr 5:5  But the eye of their God wasH1934 upon the elders of the Jews, that they could not cause them to cease, till the matter came to Darius: and then they returned answer by letter concerning this matter.

Ezr 5:8  Be it knownH1934 unto the king, that we went into the province of Judea, to the house of the great God, which is builded with great stones, and timber is laid in the walls, and this work goeth fast on, and prospereth in their hands. ^▼

Ezr 6:6  Now therefore, Tatnai, governor beyond the river, Shethar-boznai, and your companions the Apharsachites, which are beyond the river, be yeH1934 far from thence: ^▼

Ezr 6:8  Moreover I make a decree what ye shall do to the elders of these Jews for the building of this house of God: that of the king's goods, even of the tribute beyond the river, forthwith expenses beH1934 given unto these men, that they be not hindered. ^{▼ ▼}

Ezr 6:9  And that which they have need of, both young bullocks, and rams, and lambs, for the burnt offerings of the God of heaven, wheat, salt, wine, and oil, according to the appointment of the priests which are at Jerusalem, let it beH1934 given them day by day without fail:

Ezr 6:10  That they may offerH1934 sacrifices of sweet savours unto the God of heaven, and pray for the life of the king, and of his sons. ^▼

Ezr 7:23  Whatsoever is commanded by the God of heaven, let it be diligently done for the house of the God of heaven: for why should there beH1934 wrath against the realm of the king and his sons? ^▼

Ezr 7:25  And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God, that is in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judgeH1934 all the people that are beyond the river, all such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know them not.

Ezr 7:26  And whosoever will not doH1934 the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment beH1934 executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment. ^▼

Dan 2:28  But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall beH1934 in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these; ^▼

Dan 2:31  ¶ Thou, O king, sawestH1934, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible. ^▼

Dan 2:34  Thou sawestH1934 till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. ^▼

Dan 2:35  Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and becameH1934 like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image becameH1934 a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

Dan 2:40  And the fourth kingdom shall beH1934 strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.

Dan 2:41  And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall beH1934 divided; but there shall beH1934 in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.

Dan 2:42  And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall beH1934 partly strong, and partly broken. ^▼

Dan 2:43  And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselvesH1934 with the seed of men: but they shallH1934 not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. ^▼

Dan 2:45  Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to passH1934 hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure. ^{▼ ▼}

Dan 3:18  But if not, be itH1934 known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

Dan 4:4  ¶ I Nebuchadnezzar wasH1934 at rest in mine house, and flourishing in my palace:

Dan 4:10  Thus were the visions of mine head in my bed; I sawH1934, and behold a tree in the midst of the earth, and the height thereof was great. ^▼

Dan 4:25  That they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall beH1934 with the beasts of the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

Dan 4:27  Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may beH1934 a lengthening of thy tranquillity. ^▼

Dan 4:29  At the end of twelve months he walkedH1934 in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon. ^▼

Dan 5:17  ¶ Then Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy gifts beH1934 to thyself, and give thy rewards to another; yet I will read the writing unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation. ^▼

Dan 5:29  Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should beH1934 the third ruler in the kingdom.
