Jdg 21:8  ¶ And they said, What one is there of the tribes of Israel that came not up to Mizpeh to the LORD? And, behold, there came none to the camp from Jabesh-gileadH3003 to the assembly.

Jdg 21:9  For the people were numbered, and, behold, there were none of the inhabitants of Jabesh-gileadH3003 there.

Jdg 21:10  And the congregation sent thither twelve thousand men of the valiantest, and commanded them, saying, Go and smite the inhabitants of Jabesh-gileadH3003 with the edge of the sword, with the women and the children.

Jdg 21:12  And they found among the inhabitants of Jabesh-gileadH3003 four hundred young virgins, that had known no man by lying with any male: and they brought them unto the camp to Shiloh, which is in the land of Canaan. ^▼

Jdg 21:14  And Benjamin came again at that time; and they gave them wives which they had saved alive of the women of Jabesh-gileadH3003: and yet so they sufficed them not.

1Sa 11:10  Therefore the men of JabeshH3003 said, To morrow we will come out unto you, and ye shall do with us all that seemeth good unto you.

1Sa 31:11  ¶ And when the inhabitants of Jabesh-gileadH3003 heard of that which the Philistines had done to Saul; ^▼

1Sa 31:12  All the valiant men arose, and went all night, and took the body of Saul and the bodies of his sons from the wall of Beth-shan, and came to JabeshH3003, and burnt them there.

1Sa 31:13  And they took their bones, and buried them under a tree at JabeshH3003, and fasted seven days.
