Ezr 4:14  Now becauseH3606 we have maintenance from the king's palace, and it was not meet for us to see the king's dishonour, therefore have we sent and certified the king; ^▼

Ezr 4:20  There have been mighty kings also over Jerusalem, which have ruled over allH3606 countries beyond the river; and toll, tribute, and custom, was paid unto them.

Ezr 5:7  They sent a letter unto him, wherein was written thus; Unto Darius the king, allH3606 peace. ^▼

Ezr 6:11  Also I have made a decree, that whosoeverH3606 shall alter this word, let timber be pulled down from his house, and being set up, let him be hanged thereon; and let his house be made a dunghill for this. ^▼

Ezr 6:12  And the God that hath caused his name to dwell there destroy allH3606 kings and people, that shall put to their hand to alter and to destroy this house of God which is at Jerusalem. I Darius have made a decree; let it be done with speed.

Ezr 7:14  Forasmuch asH3606 thou art sent of the king, and of his seven counsellors, to enquire concerning Judah and Jerusalem, according to the law of thy God which is in thine hand; ^▼

Ezr 7:16  And allH3606 the silver and gold that thou canst find in allH3606 the province of Babylon, with the freewill offering of the people, and of the priests, offering willingly for the house of their God which is in Jerusalem:

Ezr 7:17  ThatH3606 thou mayest buy speedily with this money bullocks, rams, lambs, with their meat offerings and their drink offerings, and offer them upon the altar of the house of your God which is in Jerusalem.

Ezr 7:21  And I, even I Artaxerxes the king, do make a decree to allH3606 the treasurers which are beyond the river, that whatsoever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the law of the God of heaven, shall require of you, it be done speedily,

Ezr 7:23  WhatsoeverH3606 is commanded by the God of heaven, let it be diligently done for the house of the God of heaven: for why should there be wrath against the realm of the king and his sons? ^▼

Ezr 7:24  Also we certify you, that touching anyH3606 of the priests and Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.

Ezr 7:25  And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God, that is in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judge allH3606 the people that are beyond the river, allH3606 such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know them not.

Ezr 7:26  And whosoeverH3606 will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment. ^▼

Dan 2:8  The king answered and said, I know of certainty that ye would gain the time, becauseH3606 ye see the thing is gone from me. ^▼

Dan 2:10  ¶ The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said, There is not a man upon the earth that can shew the king's matter: therefore there is no king, lord, nor ruler, that asked such things at anyH3606 magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean.

Dan 2:12  For this causeH3606 the king was angry and very furious, and commanded to destroy allH3606 the wise men of Babylon.

Dan 2:24  ¶ ThereforeH3606 Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had ordained to destroy the wise men of Babylon: he went and said thus unto him; Destroy not the wise men of Babylon: bring me in before the king, and I will shew unto the king the interpretation.

Dan 2:30  But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than anyH3606 living, but for their sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that thou mightest know the thoughts of thy heart. ^▼

Dan 2:35  Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, thatH3606 no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the wholeH3606 earth.

Dan 2:38  And wheresoeverH3606 the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them allH3606. Thou art this head of gold.

Dan 2:39  And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over allH3606 the earth.

Dan 2:40  And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth allH3606 things: and as iron that breaketh allH3606 these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.

Dan 2:41  And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch asH3606 thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.

Dan 2:44  And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume allH3606 these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. ^{▼ ▼}

Dan 2:45  Forasmuch asH3606 thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure. ^{▼ ▼}

Dan 2:48  Then the king made Daniel a great man, and gave him many great gifts, and made him ruler over the wholeH3606 province of Babylon, and chief of the governors over allH3606 the wise men of Babylon.

Dan 3:2  Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and allH3606 the rulers of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

Dan 3:3  Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and allH3606 the rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up; and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up.

Dan 3:5  That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and allH3606 kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up: ^▼

Dan 3:8  ¶ WhereforeH3606 at that time certain Chaldeans came near, and accused the Jews.

Dan 3:10  Thou, O king, hast made a decree, that everyH3606 man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and allH3606 kinds of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image: ^▼

Dan 3:15  Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and allH3606 kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands? ^▼

Dan 3:22  ThereforeH3606 because the king's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego. ^{▼ ▼}
