Gen 46:20¶ And unto Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and EphraimH669, which Asenath the daughter of Poti-pherah priest of On bare unto him. ▼
Gen 48:1And it came to pass after these things, that one told Joseph, Behold, thy father is sick: and he took with him his two sons, Manasseh and EphraimH669.
Gen 48:5¶ And now thy two sons, EphraimH669 and Manasseh, which were born unto thee in the land of Egypt before I came unto thee into Egypt, are mine; as Reuben and Simeon, they shall be mine.
Gen 48:13And Joseph took them both, EphraimH669 in his right hand toward Israel's left hand, and Manasseh in his left hand toward Israel's right hand, and brought them near unto him.
Gen 48:14And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim'sH669 head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh's head, guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh was the firstborn.
Gen 48:17And when Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand upon the head of EphraimH669, it displeased him: and he held up his father's hand, to remove it from Ephraim'sH669 head unto Manasseh's head. ▼
Gen 48:20And he blessed them that day, saying, In thee shall Israel bless, saying, God make thee as EphraimH669 and as Manasseh: and he set EphraimH669 before Manasseh.
Gen 50:23And Joseph saw Ephraim'sH669 children of the third generation: the children also of Machir the son of Manasseh were brought up upon Joseph's knees. ▼
Num 1:32¶ Of the children of Joseph, namely, of the children of EphraimH669, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

Jos 17:9And the coast descended unto the river Kanah, southward of the river: these cities of EphraimH669are among the cities of Manasseh: the coast of Manasseh also was on the north side of the river, and the outgoings of it were at the sea: ▼
Jos 17:10Southward it was Ephraim'sH669, and northward it was Manasseh's, and the sea is his border; and they met together in Asher on the north, and in Issachar on the east.
Jos 17:15And Joshua answered them, If thou be a great people, then get thee up to the wood country, and cut down for thyself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the giants, if mount EphraimH669 be too narrow for thee. ▼
Jos 17:17And Joshua spake unto the house of Joseph, even to EphraimH669 and to Manasseh, saying, Thou art a great people, and hast great power: thou shalt not have one lot only:
Jos 19:50According to the word of the LORD they gave him the city which he asked, even Timnath-serah in mount EphraimH669: and he built the city, and dwelt therein.
Jos 20:7¶ And they appointed Kedesh in Galilee in mount Naphtali, and Shechem in mount EphraimH669, and Kirjath-arba, which is Hebron, in the mountain of Judah. ▼

Jos 21:20¶ And the families of the children of Kohath, the Levites which remained of the children of Kohath, even they had the cities of their lot out of the tribe of EphraimH669.
Jos 24:33And Eleazar the son of Aaron died; and they buried him in a hill that pertained to Phinehas his son, which was given him in mount EphraimH669.
Jdg 3:27And it came to pass, when he was come, that he blew a trumpet in the mountain of EphraimH669, and the children of Israel went down with him from the mount, and he before them.
Jdg 4:5And she dwelt under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Beth-el in mount EphraimH669: and the children of Israel came up to her for judgment.

Jdg 7:24¶ And Gideon sent messengers throughout all mount EphraimH669, saying, Come down against the Midianites, and take before them the waters unto Beth-barah and Jordan. Then all the men of EphraimH669 gathered themselves together, and took the waters unto Beth-barah and Jordan.
Jdg 8:1And the men of EphraimH669 said unto him, Why hast thou served us thus, that thou calledst us not, when thou wentest to fight with the Midianites? And they did chide with him sharply. ▼▼
Jdg 8:2And he said unto them, What have I done now in comparison of you? Is not the gleaning of the grapes of EphraimH669 better than the vintage of Abi-ezer?
Jdg 10:1And after Abimelech there arose to defend Israel Tola the son of Puah, the son of Dodo, a man of Issachar; and he dwelt in Shamir in mount EphraimH669. ▼
